Healthyish Clients Ranked #2 and #3 in SEO Growth Among Digital Health Startups

Oshi and Midi just earned major recognition—and we’re proud to have played a part.

We’re excited to share Oshi Health and Midi Health, two of our longtime partners at Healthyish Content, were recently named the #2 and #3 fastest-growing digital health companies in SEO in Fire&Spark’s 2025 Telehealth 20.

This list highlights the digital health companies seeing the most impressive momentum in organic search based on their own methodology—and both Oshi and Midi shine with 859.85% and 829.02% Traffic Growth and 30.79 and 409.22% Conversion Ranking Growth, respectively.

We’ve been lucky to work closely with each of them to build out search-optimized, medically approved, and conversion-savvy content engines that continue to scale. Oh–and two other Healthyish Content clients made the top 20, too

Here’s how Oshi and Midi climbed to the top—backed by thoughtful strategy, great teams, and a whole lot of “best answer on the Internet” content we’re proud to have helped bring to life:

Oshi Health: The #2 Fastest-Growing in SEO (and a 13x traffic lift)

We started working with Oshi Health—a virtual GI clinic focused on IBS, IBD, and chronic gut issues—early last year. Their team had a smart vision: Create content that helped people find real answers to their symptoms, without sacrificing medical rigor or empathy.

So we built a full-stack SEO and editorial engine around that idea. Real keyword strategy. Deep expert review. Patient-centered storytelling. A strong internal linking and conversion setup.

The result? Traffic to their blog grew 13x in just a few months.

“Being able to provide people with approachable yet comprehensive, science-backed information to help them make connections between their GI symptoms and lifestyle or gut-brain health—and then leading them to Oshi, where our clinicians deliver tailored, evidence-based care—is a big win.” - Sarah Goldberg, Dir. of Content Marketing, Oshi Health

We broke it all down in this case study, but the short version is: Oshi invested in smart, search-driven content. And it worked, big time.

Midi Health: #3 in SEO Growth (and building the future of women’s health)

We also partnered with Midi Health to help build their blog and SEO strategy from the ground up.

Their mission—bringing real, evidence-based care to women navigating midlife hormone changes—is one we believe in deeply. So we worked closely with their team (and their clinicians) to create content that was clear, empowering, and genuinely helpful.

We mapped high-intent keywords to their clinical programs. Developed a tone that reflected their warmth and expertise. Built a playbook to scale content fast—without losing quality.

The first 10 articles started driving thousands of new monthly sessions and it hasn’t let up since!

“Derek [Healthyish’s founder] set our expectations that it would take the better part of six months for us to see any lift. We saw a lift in a month and since then, it just continued to grow and grow and grow.” - Jill Herzig, co-founder and chief brand officer of Midi.

Real growth, real patients

We’re proud of this recognition—not just because it's external validation, but because it's evidence that SEO in healthcare can be done right.

The article’s author, Noah Goldfarb, lists the “keys to B2C telehealth SEO success in 2025” as:

A strong, intuitive site experience is paramount.
Focus on high-quality content, rather than high-quantity content.
Invest in “real-world authority” and trust factors rather than backlinking.

We couldn’t agree more. And we’re honored to play a role in showing off what this looks like in practice. If you're a health company building something big—and want content that drives traffic and trust—we’d love to help.
